Speaker: Jason Clements, The Permacultural Vanguard

Jason Clements is native to the flatwoods, cypress swamps, and oak hammocks of western Jupiter, Florida. He grew up barefoot, engulfed and inspired by cocoplums, wax myrtle, and slash pines. Permaculture is a design science that utilizes closed loop, ecological cycles to create regenerative, ecologically sound, and prolifically abundant agricultural systems. His work concentrates on passive irrigation techniques, soil and canopy restoration, pollinator habitats, and native plants; as well as climatically appropriate food and medicinal crops for humans.

Lecture hall is the Auditorium of Jupiter High School. All events are free and open to the public. No RSVP needed.
